Thomas Latimer better known by his ring name Bram, who is a wrestler with TNA Impact Wrestling, has been accused of strangulation and false imprisonment in Florida.

PWInsider is further reporting that he was arrested and charged with one count of domestic battery by strangulation, and one count of false imprisonment.

TNA, which said it was advised of the charges against Latimer by the Gulfport (Fla.) Police Department, announced that Latimer has been suspended indefinitely.

Latimer was previously arrested during his time in WWE in 2012 for charges of battery of a law-enforcement officer and disorderly intoxication, as well as an arrest in 2011 for charges of driving under the influence.

He signed with TNA in May 2014, had an association with Magnus as allies and then it turned into a feud. The following day, Bram was suspended from TNA.
