The location where the lucky ticket was sold will be announced later Monday.

A ticket sold in the Garden State for Friday night’s Mega Millions drawing matched five numbers and is worth $1 million, according to the lottery’s website.

A winning $1 million Powerball was sold at Golden Rule Liquor, located at 7753 Santa Monica Boulevard in Los Angeles. The $1 million ticket came within one number of having at least a share of Saturday’s $211.5 million jackpot, matching the first five numbers but missing the Powerball. The others were sold in California, Florida, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. No one matched all six numbers to win the jackpot, so the prize is climbing to $235 million for Wednesday.

Officials ask the winners to sign the back of their tickets in ink and visit any of the nine Lottery District officers as soon as possible.
