Although they are now unable to refine the game’s launch window to anything less than “2015” at this time, SEGA have today made another step towards their English release of Yakuza 5 on the PlayStation 3. All pre-orders will include a static PlayStation 3 theme. First up, the game is now available for digital pre-order, and those who do so will get a 15% discount and the “Fulfiller of Dreams” theme, pictured below.

In any case, the big news here is that the sandbox brawler will launch with all of the game’s previously released Japanese downloadable content already included.

As detailed on the PlayStation Blog, the DLC will include “Another Drama”, an expansion focusing on a series of subplots related to each of the game’s five playable protagonists. In it, Gio Corsi, Sony’s Director of Third Party Production and Developer Relations asks Toshihiro Nagoshi, Yakuza series General Director, and Masayoshi Yokoyama, Yakuza 5’s Producer, questions people submitted on Twitter using the #Yakuza5PS hashtag on Twitter. Yakuza 5 also features more mini games than previous titles, a modified battle system, as well as enhanced customization’s and interactions. Let us know in the comments.
