So far, the USA government would not comment on what kind of actions will be taken against those responsible for the cyber attacks.
Lu Wei, who oversees China’s Internet policies and cybersecurity, will be attending the forum.
A senior United States official insisted that Obama would not shy away from areas of disagreement.
The official said China should not feel like it needs to step in and stop declines in financial markets every time investors send it signals about the economy.
