A fatal shooting at a northeast Philadelphia bar late Sunday afternoon possibly involved members of a motorcycle club with New Jersey ties and may have been sparked by Sunday’s Eagles-Cowboys rout. The victims were inside the Tangeray Tavern on the 900 block of Pratt Street early Sunday evening when a gunman opened fire.

LaBrian Dale Parker, 34, was transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center and pronounced at 6:44 p.m. He was from Fredericksburg, Virginia.

The man who died was wearing a jacket that had “Wheels of Soul” written on the back, which is the name of a Philadelphia biker gang with a criminal history. The 53-year-old and 42-year-old were both wearing biker jackets and both were in critical condition. A fourth victim was in stable condition.

Two other people who were critically wounded were taken to Aria Health-Torresdale Campus in private vehicles.

Police say witnesses saw at least 15 other bikers fleeing after the shooting. All three of the injured men are also suspects in the shooting.
