According to Phone Arena, the leaker noted that the main camera of LG’s Nexus 5 2015 will perform better than the rear snapper of the upcoming Nexus model from Huawei.

The following list of devices will see an update to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Along with this, a cheaper Nexus 5 is also expected, which will likely be made by LG.

Could this be the real Huawei Nexus?

The new set of leaked images of the Huawei-made Nexus smartphone are in line with recently leaked images and shows the handset sporting a similar design. On the software front, the smartphone is expected to run the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow which might just be announced prior to the launch of both the Huawei and LG Nexus smartphones. This could be for a laser auto focus system, which seems to be a popular feature among device makers nowadays.

Google is said to have partnered with LG to manufacture the next-generation Nexus 5 smartphone for 2015.

We will be covering more news regarding the rumored device in the coming weeks, however, for all those Nexus fans interested in a Huawei Nexus should know that the device is likely to launch in 4Q this year.

New details of the specifications of the LG Nexus 5 (2015) have emerged on the Chinese micro-blogging site, Weibo. Google+ user Tiessen Fu posted three pictures of a formerly unseen phone with both “Nexus” and “Huawei” names on the back. It will allegedly have a Snapdragon 820 processor and QHD resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels), among other specs. The report added that it will also give parental controls, more customization, and smarter gestures on the Android Device.

What’s interesting is that it’s actually not so mysterious after all – the device is conspicuously named as “Nexus 8”. Why create a new Camera app or function if a similar one is already installed and has user permissions to access the camera sensor? A fingerprint sensor was also tipped, as well as support for USB Type-C.

The devices at hand are the famous Nexus 6 which is running the Android Marshmallow developer preview and it’s going against the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge which is running the latest version of Android Lollipop.
