“We make that kick at the end of the game, we still have the same problems”, Mullen said.

With LSU trailing, 34-10, Harris relieved Anthony Jennings and threw two fourth-quarter touchdown passes to Malachi Dupre for 31 yards and 30 yards to keep the Tigers in the game. The most impressive score came as Fitzgerald evaded the rush, moved up to his left and on the run tossed a 49-yard pass to Gray down the seam. “That quarterback competition, as things keep going for those two guys”. Myles’ two catches for 58 yards ranked third behind Malik Dear and Donald Gray.

Mississippi State quarterback Dak Prescott threw for 227 yards and two touchdowns while becoming the school’s career passing leader as the Bulldogs rolled past Northwestern State 62-13 Saturday at Davis Wade Stadium in Starkville, Miss.Prescott completed 10 of 11 passes and also ran six times for 54 yards in less than three quarters of action against the FCS opponent. Even though Prescott remains a focal point of the Bulldogs’ running game, he acknowledged he has matured at the position and is more comfortable staying in the pocket and going through his reads.
