A Brooklyn woman insulted a topless Times Square painted lady Saturday – igniting a fracas that landed both women in handcuffs, cops said.

Passer-by Mitchell Norman, 29, told the newspaper that the woman knocked the painted lady “out of nowhere”.

The two women shocked tourists as Portalatin and Roman, dressed in only a thong and covered in red, white and blue body paint, then began fighting on the street.

Cops have issued disorderly conduct summonses to both women since neither is pressing charges. The tourist, Donna Myer, said to the Post, “I asked how much is it?”

“Some girl from out of nowhere said, “You nasty!” She said, ‘Whatever you can give.’ I didn’t have no money. The assailant was described as a “crazed woman” by the Post, and a witness said that she yelled, “You’re a nasty whore!”

Roman was talking to a female tourist who was asking whether she would pose with her husband when Portalatin attacked her. “You disgust me!” to desnuda Amanda Roman. Among those who came to Roman’s defence was her boyfriend and handler, Chris Olivieri, 25.

The Post added, “The attacker would only identify herself as ‘Russia, ‘ saying she doesn’t have a last name – but police sources later identified her as Angela L. Portalatin, 27″. Then Roman allegedly fought back.

This is the latest in a long line of incidents relating to the painted ladies in Times Square.

Bare flesh… A topless woman walks through New York’s Bryant Park as part of a protest.

Destiny Roman, 20, was arrested by police after allegedly offering an undercover officer oral sex, while Jason Perez allegedly attempted to sell the officers drugs.

Last month Mayor Bill de Blasio said he was looking into whether the topless performers could be removed from the area.
