The making of Avengers: Age of Ultron, on the other hand, looks like a much more lighthearted affair, full of jokes, screw-ups, and general silliness.

This week, Marvel shared the gag reel for Avengers: Age of Ultron, and although it’s only a couple of minutes long, there are a few fantastic moments.

We have an exclusive look at the behind-the-scenes video on the new “Avengers: Age of Ultron” DVD/Blu-ray release that takes audiences on set while the cast and crew were filming those massive scenes. The clip, which can be viewed below courtesy of Yahoo Movies, features principal stars Robert Downey Jr, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Samuel L. Jackson and Aaron Taylor-Johnson. I mention this because it feels a bit odd that a film as anticipated as the Avengers sequel, which made over $1.4 billion worldwide, seems like it disappeared from the public consciousness before May was even over. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to the Avengers to stop him from enacting his awful plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.
