Supermodel Bella Hadid was apparently on the flight also.

Virgin Atlantic responded to the frustrated passengers on Twitter claiming the incident happened because “the tug miscalculated things” while the plane was taxiing, causing the damage. She said the plane had returned to the gate and that Virgin is working to get customers on their way.

Flight 26 was scheduled to depart for London at 8:15 a.m.
