(TWC) is a provider of video, high-speed data and voice services in the United States with systems located in five geographic areas: New York State, the Carolinas, Ohio, Southern California and Texas. TWC manages in three sections: Residential Services, Company Services along with Operations. The Company offers its residential and business services customers video, high-speed data and voice services over its broadband cable systems. Its video service supplies over 300 stations, including on average, over 200 high definition (HD) channels and 20,000 video-on-demand (VOD) options. Comcast Corp. attempted a buyout of Time Warner Cable, but scrapped its proposal after regulators raised antitrust concerns. It provides services and various products to business clients, including highspeed networking, data, voice, movie, hosting and cloud computing services.
