Egypt has secured 76 medals so far in the 11 edition of the 2015 All Africa Games that kicked off in Brazzaville, Congo September 4, Youm7 reported.
“I am optimistic that my gold medals will inspire my compatriots to win in their events”.
The win qualifies Nigeria for the final against their arch-rival, Egypt.

A statement issued from Congo on Friday by Steven Nelson, Deputy Director, Press, National Sports Commission (NSC) and made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) said Nigeria, now has 52 medals.
Oluwafemi Oyeleye will slug it out with Nsango Njikam of Cameroon in the 69kg welterweight division while Efe Tobor Apochi will fight Kennedy St Pierre ofvMauritius in the 91kg Heavyweight class.
Earlier, Egypt had overcome Algeria easily with a 3-0 bashing.
Kehinde Obareh will cap the night’s fights with a 57-60kg Lightweight bout against Tunisia’s Hlimi Khouloud.
The breakdown shows that athletes in Badminton won two silver and nine bronze medals, while athletes in Karate garnered two silver and Cycling one gold.
