“If there were any doubts that Taylor Swift is the biggest pop star in the world today – and really, has there been for the a year ago or so since her “1989” album stormed the charts? – the 25-year-old singer put them to rest at Staples Center on Friday with an assist from Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant”.
Evidently, that edict applies to more than just the 16 championship banners that the Los Angeles Lakers have hung from the rafters at Staples Center, including the five – count ’em, five – that Bryant himself has had a hand in hanging. Los Angeles Lakers’ Kobe Bryant returned to his home court just to help Swift unveil her own banner at Staples Center.
Swift began her introduction of Aduba, “On the show ‘Orange Is The New Black, ‘ there are so many incredible performances by so many unbelievable actors and actresses”. We should probably also mention the fact she got actor Chris Rock and model Sean O’Pry to join her on stage too but OMG – Joey from Friends!
Taylor posted a pic and wrote, “The banners up at Staples Center right now because WHAT IS LIFE EVEN. You did that”.
Jamie, 36, and her husband, director Kyle Newman, 39, we both said to be very touched with Taylor’s “sweet gesture” and were even said to be “deliriously happy” with Taylor’s gift. “Since before you know what my album was gonna be called, we planned this tour, and I’ve been excited about these shows”. “But he started screaming nearly immediately, so she sheepishly handed him back to his mom”, a guest told the Sunday Express newspaper.
Swift returns to the Staples Center stage on Monday, August 24.
Aduba duetted with Swift on “White Horse“, and OH. MY. GOD.
Moreover, the girlfriend of Calvin Harris proudly shared the recognition on her Instagram account on Saturday. Meanwhile, the Grammy award victor was later joined by One Republic’s Ryan Tedder and performed his band’s greatest hit “Counting Stars”.
