The man who caused a stir by organizing an anti-Islam rally in Phoenix in May is taking aim at Sen.

Jon Ritzheimer has vowed to arrest American politicians, including President Barack Obama, who supported the Iran nuclear deal – an agreement that could potentially lift the crippling sanctions imposed by the West on Iran and reduce the diplomatic isolation of the Islamic republic.

She will be arrested for treason under Article 3 Section 3 of the Constitution.

“We are planning on arresting Senator Debbie Stabenow, who voted yes to the Iran Nuke Deal”. He targeted the Lansing Democrat first because of his “strong ties” with the Michigan Militia and this state’s “lax gun laws”.

Ritzheimer said his group wouldn’t stop with Stabenow either, stating it would “continue to move across the country and arrest everyone involved with the Iran Nuke Deal”, including President Obama himself.

The relevant portion of the constitution Ritzheimer is citing says, “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort”.

“I am not seeking fame or fortune”, Ritzheimer goes on to say, adding that he is “humbly accepting donations to help with fuel costs for our convoy”.

In the letter published on September 21, Jon Ritzheimer, a 31-year-old former Marine from Arizona, said that he and a growing number of “patriots” will leave their homes on October. 10 and head to Michigan, where they plan to arrest Democratic Sen.

“We know of no militia in Michigan that is participating in these actions”.

“We, in NO WAY condone his actions, and are in the process of putting out statements to our membership to inform them of such”, he told the Times.

An Oath Keepers spokesperson, however, distanced them from Ritzheimer and said he was suspended. “Why is an Arizona man having to try and get an indictment for somebody up in your area?!” Heres the truth from my mouth.
