At present, however, Send connects to a user’s Office 365 business or school email account in order to find your most frequent and recent contacts, and then puts these right on its homescreen.
Send is available now for free on the Apple App Store.

With Send app being linked to your email and outlook, the conversation can also be continued on these platforms. It will hit Windows Phone and Android soon. Send isn’t for in-depth dives into an inbox, either, the app choosing to show only the messages created and sent within the app itself, sticking to its mission statement of a more threaded, iMessage-like experience.
