The Micromax Canvas Laptab has been launched with Windows 10 pre-loaded, making the hybrid 2-in-1 device the first product by the brand to be based on the new OS.

Other than the upgraded OS, the Micromax Canvas Laptab still retains the same specs it had when it was launched earlier this year. It will be selling at a pric of Rs 14,999.

Smartphone enormous, Micromax unveiled the Windows 10 variety of its CanvasPanel 2-in-1 equipment in India.

One of the USPs of the Canvas LapTab is that it’s essentially a tablet that comes with a full-sized docking keyboard.

The smart device is powered by Intel Atom Processor Z3735F and comes pre-loaded with Windows 10 and MS Office 365 which are worth over Rs. Also on the offer is 32GB of onboard flash storage and a microSD card slot for further expansion. The gadget possesses a 10.1-inch IPS WXGA display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The new Windows 10 Canvas LapTab has same metal hardware characteristics at the time of its predecssor.

The Canvas Laptab has a powerful battery of 7,700 mAh battery, which is claimed to offer 10 hours of usage time. It is also equipped with 2 mega-pixel fixed-focus rear and 2 mega-pixel front camera. Connectivity features such as Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0 and support for USB OTG (on-the-go) is also present in the tablet. It measures 210.8×124.2×9.95mm, weighs 1.1kgs and is available in Black colour variant only.
