Look up Tory Lanez and listen to some of his music, then come back and let us know what you think.
“Rumour has it, I either f****d or I never could/But rumour has it, hasn’t done you n****s any good”, he raps.
Last week, Meek Mill decided to come after Drake, claiming that the Toronto rapper didn’t writer his own lyrics.
Meek Mill claimed that the Toronto native “don’t write his own raps”, adding that he wouldn’t have included him on his own new album if he had known prior. Evidently, Minaj was raging enough about the tirade to warrant a public apology from Meek Mill as well. Now, Miss Info site says Meek Mill plans to release his response tonight at 7 PM on Hot 97. On Saturday, Drake premiered the new track, and although he didn’t name any names, it’s pretty obvious who some of the disses are directed at.
“I remember him Showing me the thank you notes in New York before the album dropped”, Miller continues. “Cause it ain’t like I need the money I make off a feature”. Fans are waiting for the Philly rapper, who started it all, to respond but Meek seems to be underwhelmed, describing the track as ‘Baby lotion soft.’.
We knew Drake was going to respond to Meek Mill’s shade, but this may have been better than expected.
Today, Flex is taking it a step further, and in light of Quentin Miller’s admission that he “isn’t” and “will never be” a ghostwriter for Drake, has taken to Twitter to continue to go at Drake for “the truth”.
But Drake wasn’t the only member of the rap community Meek called out.
The song later includes the lyric, “I’m done doing favors for people”.
First we reported that Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift got into a minor Twitter feud, and now rapper Meek Mill has blasted Drake on Twitter for allegedly using a ghostwriter.
He tweeted: “I can tell he wrote that 1 tho…”
