Kim Zolciak, 37, joined Andy Cohen on Sunday’s “Watch What Happens: Live“, where she denied having work done on her nose and lips. She even took her glasses off so that Andy Cohen could get a better look at her face.

The Don’t Be Tardy star went on to say that her different look could be attributed to a new makeup artist and the fact that she’s had six children – three of her pregnancies have been relatively recent.

When asked if she’d had work done to her face, she quickly told the caller: ‘No’.

And in late March, Kim posted a comparison photo of her to her daughters, captioning the pic, “I guess we have ALL had nose jobs #GTFOH”.

“Andy, I’m very honest with plastic surgery”, Zolciak replied. Zolciak denies plastic surgery on her face completely and her daughter is backing her up.

Here’s the deal. From everything she has been upfront about, many fans believe her. While her face does look a little different than many remember, there isn’t significant amounts of differences. “And I’m thinking ‘Now, why is she wearing these ‘librarian that can be seduced” glasses?’ “And I’m not trying to throw shade, Kim!” “You have a little shaved off your nose, and your lips are bigger”, Cohen, 47, maintained.

“I’m very honest with plastic surgery”, she said. However, show host Andy Cohen wasn’t sure the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star was being entirely truthful, which is when he confronted her, according to E!

Zolciak-Biermann’s plastic surgery was not the only topic discussed.

“I think a lot has to do with scheduling”, Zolciak-Biermann said.

Biermann – who took her mom’s side – said that their noses looked the same. He, specifically, believes she had her nose shaved down and her lips plumped. ‘I’ve always had bigger lips.

Cohen finally conceded. “I don’t know why you would deny it. I will say that”, he said.

Also appearing on the show, but wisely keeping quiet during the discussion was former The Office actress Angela Kinsey, who stars in Hulu’s Housewives spoof Hotwives of Las Vegas, which premieres on the streaming service on August 18.
