Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards was arrested Sunday for allegedly shoplifting, CBS2 reports.

Richards was previously arrested April 16 at the Beverly Hills Hotel at around 1:30 a.m. after hotel security responded to a reported fight.

She has been charged with a misdemeanor and released on $5,000 bail, according to the Los Angeles County’s Sheriff’s Department website. ‘Without her Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills salary, she’s going to have to figure something out.

During an interview she later told Dr Phil: “I was mad and frightened and I was scared”.

Richards, 50, is Real Housewives co-star Kyle Richards’ sister and Paris Hilton’s aunt. The whole night is my fault.

‘I was super stressed out and I looked on the ground and there were two little margaritas and I think I drank one.

She checked herself back into a different rehab facility when she fell off the wagon at Brooke Brinson’s nuptials in Mexico.

Bravo announced in June that she will not be returning to the show next season.

The arrest marked Richards’ second this year.
