All Arsenal fans are becoming heartily sick of listening to the Karim Benzema rumours.
The Gunners have been heavily linked with the Frenchman this summer with Arsene Wenger yet to significantly dip into his transfer reserves this summer.
There have been several suggestions that Benzema will have a reduced role under Rafael Benitez, with Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale both likely to play more minutes in central positions this season.
And on top of that, Benzema’s agent Karim Djaziri really drove home the point that there is absolutely no chance Benzema will be leaving the Bernabeu this summer.
According to Rodney Marsh on talkSPORT, Arsenal, after weeks of denying reports that the Gunners are uninterested in acquiring the French global, it appears that a deal has been agreed upon between the two clubs.
“Arsenal are strong and I’ve tipped them to win the Premier League but I would still like to see them sign another holding midfield player”, he told Sky Sports.
“I’m sure he will stay with us”.
The 27-year-old is one of the best all-round strikers in world football and with a scoring rate of 214 goals in 449 games throughout his career, he’d certainly bring a huge threat in the final third if he was to move to the Emirates.
