Their 18-year relationship is no more, with Mad Men’s Jon Hamm and longtime girlfriend Jennfifer Westfeldt announcing they’re calling it quits.

‘With great sadness, we have chose to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history, ‘ the couple said in a statement.

Jon Hamm and Jennifer Westfeldt have split after almost two full decades together, Gossip Cop confirms. They were together for 18 years!

Hamm and Westfeldt began dating in 1997.

But their relationship was rumored to be on thin ice for a few months leading up to Monday’s announcement.

And although they were seen getting close the reconciliation did not last.

Jon completed a 30-day rehab for alcohol abuse earlier in the year, right before Mad Men’s final season premiered in March 2015. At the time, Hamm and Westfeldt “asked for privacy and sensitivity going forward. To me, people [should] get married when they’re ready to have kids, which I’m not ruling out”.

The TV hunk and his partner previously spoke of their decision not to have children together.

Speaking previous year, Hamm told People how lucky he felt to have found Westfeldt. He said Jennifer helped support him throughout his ordeal. I’m definitely the guy that repeats his stories!
