The GOP presidential candidates at the debate on Wednesday night weren’t the only ones in the political spotlight! Talk quickly turned to immigration. In one instance, Fallon interviewed Clinton in a phone call while pretending to be Donald Trump. Later in the show, with Fallon out of his Trump costume, Clinton speculated on the future.

“Look, I know a lot of women”, Fallon as Trump replied, “and they all have issues”.

And as good-humored as Clinton’s jabs were at Trump during the interview, they paled in comparison to Fallon’s version of the GOP frontrunner. “But at least he doesn’t have this one strand that he twirls over his head like a soft-serve at Dairy Queen”, she said.

She squeezed in one more Trump joke, noting that if he won the presidency he might rename the White House the Trump House. He then started asking the candidate about her campaign’s social media strategy.

Clinton wrote that she supports Jorge Ramos, the Univision anchor who has frequently clashed with Trump, and “every family that wants to come out of the shadows”. Hillary Clinton stopped by “The Tonight Show” to discuss her goals such as raising household income, but also couldn’t help but take a few digs at Donald in a hilarious skit with Jimmy Fallon!

“Are you talking about Bernie Sanders?” he said. “I learned that from watching how successful President Obama was because he knows what he wants to say and he is really intent on delivering it”.

The brief line of questioning wasn’t revelatory, as Clinton echoed her previous assertions that she never sent or received classified emails while using her personal server as secretary of State.

In case you felt there wasn’t enough Trump-inspired fodder in the exchange, Clinton later let Fallon pull on her hair to see if it is was real. While her appearance had “campaign strategy” written all over it, we loved seeing Clinton show off her fun, goofy side, particularly since this presidential campaign seems to be becoming more and more about charisma than qualifications. I really enjoyed meeting them… In this image released by NBC, Hillary Rodham Clinton, left, appears with host Jimmy Fallon during a taping of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon“, on Wednesday, September 16, 2015, in New York. This obviously pre-arranged “spontaneous” moment resulted in a chuckling Fallon grabbing at Clinton’s hair and proclaiming it “fantastic, you guys-and it smells great!”
