We at Filmoria simply cannot wait for Pan; the forthcoming retelling of Neverland’s savior directed by the brilliant Joe Wright (Atonement). And we get to see Hugh Jackman deliver a delicious performance as the iconic pirate Blackbeard.

The trailer first debuted at San Diego Comic Con over the weekend.

It also gives a glimpse of the pirate Blackbeard (Huge Ackman), a warrior named Tiger Lily (Rooney Mara), and Garrett Hedlund’s James Hook – a younger version of the iconic villain Captain Hook.

However, as it’s been such a while, Warner Bros believes it’s time for a new Pan trailer, which we have of course embedded below for your viewing consideration that does feature some previously unseen footage. In the bleak London orphanage where he has lived his whole life, those qualities do not exactly fly.

There, he finds both fun and dangers, and ultimately discovers his destiny-to become the hero who will be forever known as Peter Pan.

The film has been delayed from the summer to avoid competing with certain blockbusters, and when it comes out this fall, it will be a success story for writer Jason Fuchs, whose script was on the black list in 2013.
