HBO just released the first look at their new movie, ‘Wizard Of Lies, ‘ showing the stars portraying Bernie and Ruth Madoff – and it’s extremely accurate.

Emmy Award-winning actor Hank Azaria (The Simpsons) has joined the cast of HBO’s upcoming drama Wizard of Lies, based on the story of money fraudster Bernie Madoff.

We haven’t heard too much about the movie, except the casting and we can tell from the photo that it’s going to be good.

Barry Levinson directs and also serves as executive producer along with De Niro, Jane Rosenthal, and Berry Welsh; Jason Sosnoff co-executive produces.

John Burnham Schwartz, Sam Baum and Sam Levinson worked on the script, which is based on Diana Henriques’ book of the same name.

HBO bought the book rights to an account of Madoff’s scheme “Wizard of Lies” and “Truth and Consequences: Life Inside the Madoff Family”.
