According to Den of Geek, two new characters contributing to the evil around Gotham would be Theo and Tabitha Galavan. Two of the images below show us new villains Theo Galavan (James Frain) and his sister Tabitha Galavan / Tigress (Jessica Lucas). Showrunner Bruno Heller revealed at the San Diego Comic-Con that the season will be introducing a host of new enemies to add to an already formidable roster that was built up in Season 1.

THR has an exclusive first look at the promotional artwork for the launch of the sophomore season of Fox’s DC Entertainment crime series, which features Ben McKenzie, Robin Lord Taylor, David Mazouz and the rest of the cast on an inverted cityscape that looks more than a little like the logo of a somewhat famous superhero. Other familiar faces on the poster include a young Penguin, Catwoman and Jim Gordon. This reinforces their “Rise of the Villains” focus for the direction of the season.

Gotham season 2 kicks off on Monday the 21st of September on Fox, in the US. The billionaire siblings will have more than just business on their minds as they try to also plan a vendetta to cause chaos in Gotham city.

Through the trailer, fans can have a first glimpse of the whip-wielding Tigress, the Joker and a couple more villains that Gordon will have to deal with. Dr. Leslie Thompkins (MorenaBaccarin), will also become a regular. Fans were told that they will discover how the proto-type Joker will connect with the Joker as people know him.

The second season of Gotham is being called Rise Of The Villains and the new promo images hint at some interesting things.
