GoPro Studio is a video editing tool that allows users to create videos from their GoPro content. The GoPro App allows users to control their GoPro cameras remotely using a smartphone or tablet. As well, the in-app functionality will allow for instant saving to your camera roll and very precise trimming from all Wi-Fi enabled GoPro cameras. This can be done via the Trim button, which can now be found in the GoPro app and camera and you can easily trim videos down to 30 seconds, 15 seconds or 5 seconds and share them directly to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and more.

Until the unveiling of the new smart, one had to download an entire footage to a computer, find the best moment, and edit it before exporting the clip and uploading it once more. This will enable users to quickly share precise moments and provide bits of entertainment for their friends to see online.

Now, by pressing the “Trim” icon in playback mode, users can choose a 5-, 15-, or 30-second clip from any of your recorded content and save it for sharing, all without transferring entire video files.

From there, it’s just a matter of saving and sharing the video through any of your preferred channels, be it via social media orto another device.
