At the beginning of the telecast, Schumer stole the show while presenting with fellow funny lady Amy Poehler. Her movie, Trainwreck, was a big success, she’s opened for none other than Madonna on tour right now, and Inside Amy Schumer just took home an Emmy for Outstanding Variety Sketch Series.

Amy Poehler keeps it simple while hitting up the 2015 Emmy Awards held at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday (September 20) in Los Angeles.

“Anyone who’s willing. I brought my own lube”. In the press room, Dreyfus said, “I was very moved to have won again”.

Normally, we see Amy Schumer as the hilarious and captivating comedian, but onstage at the Emmys she was clearly humbled, and it was incredible to watch.

As for how she was going to celebrate her Emmy, Schumer did not mince words: “I’m going to black out”, she said.

Schumer wasn’t in the house that night, her show’s writer Christine Nangle explaining, “Amy wanted to be here, but unfortunately she couldn’t”. She also teases a bit with Andy Samberg that may or may not happen tonight, but is mostly looking forward to getting drunk and having no responsibilities since she’s not the host. While it’s still insane that Mad Men has only won a single Emmy for acting, we’re glad it was this one. But, as she has in years past, organizes a fun joke with all the nominees (including Edie Falco, Lily Tomlin, Amy Schumer, and Lisa Kudrow).

“I have these meetings with really powerful men and they ask me all the time, ‘Where are your kids?” She tweeted the message: “See you at the Emmys!” “Honestly, I’ve been a groupie for years”, Schumer jokes.

Amy also gave fans a glimpse at her preparations for the awards show.
