CoolPad Dazen Note 3 with fingerprint sensor priced under Rs 10000

The highlight of the phone is the fingerprint scanner which is said to support the 360 degree rotation of the finger and provide speedy recognition. Also, it has been claimed by the company that it has received over 2.6 million pre-orders for the device in just seven days.



Moving to the storage side, this device has 16GB of internal memory, with an expansion option of up to 64GB via microSD card slot.

Chinese smartphone maker Coolpad, which is new to the smartphone market and is known for launching budget phones like Coolpad Dazen 1 and Dazen X7 has now come out with yet another mid-range smartphone.

Although Coolpad has yet to announce the Dazen Note 3, the name suggests that the device will belong to phablet category.

Coming to the features of the device, the Dazen Note 3 sports a 5.5 inch HD screen. Varun Sharma, the manufacturer’s CEO in India, hinted that the handset might have 3GB of RAM, as opposed to the 2GB the Chinese version contains.

On the camera front, you get a 13MP rear camera with an LED flash unit and a 5MP front-facing camera.

The Coolpad Dazen 3 is a dual-SIM 4G LTE smartphone and will feature a 3000mAh battery.

“Qiku will also launch its own 360 operating system in mid-August”, the company said in a statement.

Coolpad is relatively a new entrant in the Indian market having launched the entry level Dazen 1 in India exclusively on Snapdeal which was sold at Rs 5,999.
