Tila Tequila was recently fired from Celebrity Big Brother after only the first day!

The controversial star is negotiating a return with Celebrity Big Brother producers, following her short stint on the show.

According to TMZ, Tila believes she should be let back in the house after being axed after just one day when comments she made in 2013 in support of the Nazi leader were uncovered.

She’s now publicly apologised for her comments and wants to return to the house.

Channel 5 said that Tila’s spot in the house had become “untenable” following complaints and objections over her spot in the line up after postings she made concerning Hitler and the Nazis years earlier.

Tila is said to be in talks with bosses about a return to the show, but is also open to suing for her full pay.

She wrote: “It was a careless mistake I made in 2013 while suffering severe depression, drug addiction and [being] suicidal. I felt worthless, and unloved as that pain continued to grow causing me to further spiral out of control”.

Tila claims, via her representative, that CBB producers either didn’t do a thorough background check on Tequila, like they claim to have done (her rep says the offensive Nazi posts are “easily searchable”), or they knew all along and hired her anyway, with the intention of firing her, in order to drum up publicity for the show.

“I’m deeply sorry for my irresponsible, reckless and egocentric actions and I hope that everybody can forgive me for the ache I’ll have prompted”, her assertion stated. “I am healed now and I want to redeem my past”.
