Former “Price is Right” host Bob Barker blasted lion killer Walter Palmer and went so far as to laud actress Mia Farrow for revealing the reviled dentist’s home address.

According to CBS, the Eden Prairie Police Department said they are stepping up surveillance at Walter Palmer’s home address, but they will not be giving him personal protection as he hides from protesters.

Farrow tweeted early on Thursday morning that she got a little “carried away” in her response to the lion’s death, which has turned Mr Palmer into a target of worldwide condemnation.

Minnesota dentist Walter Palmer killed the lion named Cecil on a big-game hunting trip.

That tweet has since been deleted, but not before some people had taken screen grabs and accused her of acting irresponsibly.

Twitter refused to comment on individual accounts but directed the Associated Press to their guidelines which appeared to show wiggle room for someone sharing information that has previously appeared online.

The Farrow account deleted the original message amid outrage questioning whether the intent was to ensure Palmer was physically tracked down.

A small group of protesters has gathered at the office of a suburban Minneapolis dentist who killed a protected lion in Zimbabwe.

In a related report by the Inquisitr, the Zimbabwe hunting guide, Theo Bronkhorst, who led Walter Palmer to Cecil the lion, has been charged with a crime. “Don’t hunt me.” Madison says the hunt, even if legal, was “immoral” and “disgraceful”.

Palmer has since expressed regret for having shot the loved lion, saying Tuesday that he thought the act was legal at the time.

About 15 people are outside the Bloomington office of Walter Palmer, who has said he believed the hunt was legal and didn’t know about the lion’s status.
