The new concept art posters of “Captain America: Civil War” were recently shared by Jeremy Renner on his Twitter feed.
About 17 seconds of the full trailer have leaked.
Civil War is looking to be an exciting film and hopefully it is a better film than Avengers: Age of Ultron which only garnered an average score of 77 percent from critics, a highly lower score than Marvel’s The Avengers which received 92 percent. Proceed with caution.
One of the more significant aspects of the Civil War comic book series was Peter Parker’s relationship with Tony Stark. But here, you see T’challa in all his Black Panther glory.
Anthony Mackie’s Falcon, Sebastian Stan’s Winter Soldier, Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch, and Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye are revealed to be on Cap’s side.
Iron Man’s team seems a little short-handed but all the interest points to his squad.
Whether or not this is enough to sway Peter’s loyalties to Iron Man’s side of the conflict remains to be seen. It may come as a surprise to see Black Widow on a team opposing Captain America and Hawkeye, as she has been close aligned to these superheroes in previous films.
Reports reveal that Crossbones will be the reason that the Superhero Registration Act is enacted after a suicide vest is implemented to kill civilians.
Unless Marvel releases the video shown at D23 prior to releasing the first trailer, we assume the trailer will most likely feature most if not all of the same footage. The two warring faction breaks down as follows: Team Stark comprises of Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow, Don Cheadle’s War Machine, Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther and Paul Bettany’s Vision.
But we will have to wait and see but let us know what you think of the Civil War trailer leak in the comments section below.
