Caitlyn Jenner opened up and spoke publicly about potentially facing jail time after her involvement in a fatal vehicle crash on “Today.” “That’s the worst-case scenario”. I know the community does, and [the companies that sell them have] gotten a lot of criticism for doing it. I think it’s great, to be honest with you; I think it’s great.

Jenner now faces the scary possibility that she could face as much as a year of prison time in a men’s jail rather than a women’s facility because of her transgender status.

“It was reported that she might be charged with manslaughter by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department”.

Officials completed their investigation into the incident last month and in their report, they suggest Kim Kardashian’s stepfather “set off a chain of events” that led to Howe’s death by driving at a speed deemed unsafe for road conditions.

“I had a massive panic attack”, she told Matt during their Today show interview. “That’s about it”, she said before mentioning there are still details she can’t talk about due to litigation. “Hardly nobody gets to live two genders in their life“. Cait is now being sued by the stepchildren of the woman who died as well as one of the other drivers from the accident.

In the wide-ranging interview, Jenner also laughed off the sale of Halloween costumes featuring her, although they have angered some who have said the outfits insult transgender people.[ID:nL1N1102KN].

Her biggest fear, however, is going to a men’s jail.

“I think about my life and where I’m at in my life right now and what a tremendous experience this is”.

“[I remember] very little, I remember it happening and that’s about it”, she said.

Jenner also refuted claims that she was speeding during the accident. “A tragedy like this, you will by no means recover from it. You simply study to stay with it one of the best you probably can”.

Caitlyn ends her interview with Lauer on a good note, saying, “you gotta enjoy life…life’s too short”.
