The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is set to recommend a charge of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter against Caitlyn Jenner for the February crash that resulted in the death of a 69-year-old woman, authorities told ABC station KABC.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s office said detectives would soon present evidence to prosecutors that could lead to a misdemeanor manslaughter charge against Jenner.

Her vehicle collided with a Lexus, pushing it into oncoming traffic. The Prius driver, Jessica Steindorff, was cited for driving on a suspended license, Curry said.
