Caitlyn Jenner Could Be Charged After Malibu auto Crash

A lead detective confirmed Caitlyn Jenner might be prosecuted for manslaughter in connection to the fatal vehicle crash she was involved with earlier this year.



The Sheriff’s Department said it will present the recommendations next week to the District Attorney’s Office, which will decide whether to file charges against Jenner, who was then known as Bruce before her transition.

She was, however, unable to stop on time which caused her to hit two cars – a Lexus and a Toyota Prius. Howe died at the scene after Jenner’s SUV hit her vehicle and sent it into the path of a Hummer coming in the opposite direction.

“We have completed the investigation and will present the case to the DA’s Office next week”, Lieutenant Patrick Mathers of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Malibu/Lost Hills Station said Thursday.
