There are now two tubes along the length of the bionic penis which inflate with fluid when the security guard presses a button on his testicles.
Mohammed Abad, 43, has had 100 operations to reconstruct what was lost – but the latest operation will mean he can achieve an erection.
That process is started by the push of a button which is connected to his scrotum, with another switch draining the penis after use.
It took surgeons at University College London three years to mould Mohammed’s new member using skin taken from his arm.
Another button then drains the fluid.
His penis was completely destroyed, along with his left testicle.
The contraption only takes seconds to work, however it will require some getting used to. “Some ladies might want to try it out”, said the bionic penis recipient. The vehicle dragged him more than 600 feet. The horrific accident caused severe injuries to his thighs and genitals, according to Independent UK. He thinks part of his right testicle was saved, but he can’t see or feel anything.
Back in 2013 he appeared on a television show called Embarrassing Bodies.
However, he is now fully equipped with a penis that he is happy to touch.
Mohammed told The Sun: “Doctors have told me to keep practising”.
He is now hopeful about the future and added: “I’m looking forward to meeting somebody who I can maybe practice with“.
Of course, Abad’s not the first person to get a new sense of pride.
His next dream? Having children.
