Apple’s media event kicks off on september 9 at the Billy Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco at 10 a.m. PDT.
Based on the past declarations that the company has made, the event will most likely see the introduction of a new iPhone series, the much-awaited iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus.
An 8-megapixel camera should be present in the device, with some reports suggesting that an LED flash will also be included. It would appear that Apple will focus more on connecting the new iPhone units to the selfie craze. This means that the upcoming phones will have same dimensions as the existing iPhone.
The cases will be compatible with both iPhone 6S and 6S plus, along with the existing iPhone 6. Also, the storage options will be the same, despite the rumors about Apple thinking to discontinue 16 GB models. Still, the bad part is that this could raise the iPhone prices.
Responding to several complaints on iPhone 6’s faulty and blurry camera, Apple promised a bump to 12 megapixels, a 4K video recorder, and improved processor in the A9 chipset.
iOS developer Hamza Sood recently discovered a reference to Force Touch for the iPhone 6s. That feature first debuted on the Apple Watch. It is worth to participate in such an activity as soon as possible: win for iPhone 6S giveaway, if lucky enough you will win a free iPhone 6S and you can experience the superb functions in it soon. Rumours of an iPhone coming with scratch resistant Sapphire glass seem to have been doing the rounds since before the Pyramids were built, but word on the street is that Apple will once again be skipping the material in favour of the Ion-X glass that had adorned previous models.
Apple may also release an update to Apple TV, which serves as a gateway for streaming online video content from iTunes, Netflix, HBO and other providers. Apple has yet to confirm whether it will live stream the event on its official website or though Apple TV.
It’s also expected to have a built-in microphone.
